On Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at The Echo in Los Angeles, CA, K.Flay, the girl emcee from the Bay, threw a raucous party to launch her Eyes Shut EP - beat heavy, lyrical savvy, and sweet... so there was plenty to celebrate.

 

Having stirred up a storm of interest from music fans with recent digital mixtapes, like I Stopped Caring In '96, and some notoriously energized gigs, here was a night based around the artist's latest release and a well-rounded, punchy set which showcased what all the buzz is about.

 

Especially happy were the 20 lucky attendees that received hand-designed physical copies of the EP - just the latest in crafty gifts from an artist devoted to truly connecting with her audience to make a special night for all concerned...
