MUSIC GALLERY: ECHOES DE LUXE

Live in Concert at The Satellite in Los Angeles, CA on 09/26/11

On Monday, October 26, 2011, Echoes de Luxe played a classy and resonating live show while bathed in red at The Satellite in Los Angeles, California.

The Californian quartet of Brahm Bourque, Matt Lesser, Justin K. Smith, and Richard Swan played choice tracks from their growing body of EP releases, the self-titled debut, The NotreMonde Demos, and their most recent Spring Sampler 2011.

Having won a host of professional admirers -- from Nic Harcourt, who championed “The Ride” (a track from The Notre Monde Demos on his radio show), to Jane's Addiction guitarist Dave Navarro, who claimed the band can make a soundtrack to buying groceries sexy – Echoes de Luxe is a modern-sounding rock outfit who has been described as a mix of Pearl Jam and Queen.

With a line of notorious mixers and producers who have collaborated on the band with previous releases -- Alex Newport (Jubilee, Mars Volta), Pete Lyman, (Mars Volta, Death Cab for Cutie), and Dave Kushner (Velvet Revolver) -- fans awaiting the promised winter release can't help but wonder which notable mix-desk maestro is set to further refine the sounds of Echoes de Luxe.

Currently available as a free download from the Offical Echoes de Luxe homepage, a three-track EP gives a brief, teasing taste of the band's ease for melody and tendency toward a more refined rock.

Prepare yourself for the upcoming release, and get your juices flowing for new music by downloading the Echoes de Luxe free Spring Sampler 2011.
