German-British musician (and former political journalist) Annika Henderson (AKA Anika) played an in-store performance at Fingerprints in Long Beach, California on Friday, October 21, 2011.

 

The band showcased material from Anika's debut album (which was produced and played on by Geoff Barrow of Portishead), which mixes original compositions with cover versions of tracks originally by Bob Dylan, The Kinks, and Lynn Ripley. 

 

'Anika' is out now in the US on Stones Throw Records.
