On Saturday, October 29, 2011, Amanda Palmer performed live in concert at the beautiful El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles, California.

 

Showcasing both her recent solo material as well as dipping into the Dresden Dolls-era repertoire, Amanda effortlessly rotated between ukulele and keyboard before the adoring masses, but was far from alone with the sold out crowd... Ms. Palmer was both preceeded and then later joined onstage by a variety of her musical friends, including Jason Webley, The Jane Austen Argument, and Petrojvic Blasting Company...

 

Amanda Palmer's latest solo album, 'Goes Down Under,' is out now, as is her wonderful and recently released collaboration with Ben Folds, Damian Kulash (OK Go), and (husband) Neil Gaiman -- 8IN8's 'Nighty Night'.
